Objective
My goal is to obtain a position teaching combative techniques to civilians, police, military and security personnel, maximizing the participant's skills in martial arts, weapons training and physical fitness instruction.Summary of Qualifications
Results-oriented, hands-on senior level Defensive Tactics Instructor with over three decades of study and proficiency in mixed martial arts and self-defense. I have experience in business ownership / management, security, personal training and specialized tactics instruction. I also have extensive experience in negotiating confrontational and non-confrontational situations through security work in private clubs, at large venues and on movie sets / locations.Major strengths include strong leadership, concise communication, a thorough knowledge of defense and crime prevention methods and a strict adherence to all federal and state regulations pertaining to these. A range of supervisory skills, including employment decisions, scheduling / coordinating staff and day-to-day administrative tasks.
